Our shop is located at: Jalan Benda No. 54 A, Cilandak Timur, Jakarta Selatan. Look up “Kemala Home Living” on Google Maps.

3. WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

Our shop is open Monday-Friday, 10:00-16:00, and Saturday 11:00-18:00. You can also order through WhatsApp +6281299068272 or through our official store at Tokopedia.

4. Can I pay with debit/credit card in your shop?

In our shop we accept both debit and credit cards (Visa and/or Mastercard) at no extra charge.

5. Can I order custom products from you?

We can make custom woodenwares, ceramicwares, brass & glassware, as well as gift boxes and hampers. Please email us at info@kemalahomeliving.com and let us know your needs.

6. Do you offer wholesale prices?

We offer wholesale discounts on our retail products. Terms and conditions apply. Please email us directly at info@kemalahomeliving.com for more information.

We have several offline stockists, but only in Jakarta so far!

8. I am a brand. How can I collaborate with you?

We love to collaborate with like-minded brands. Please email us with what you have in mind (with some details) and, if necessary, we can set up a meeting with you.

9. How do you deliver your products?

For JABODETABEK area, we deliver through Sicepat and Grab/Gojek. For other cities in Indonesia, we deliver via Sicepat, Indah Cargo, or Indonesia Post. For outside of Indonesia, we normally deliver through Indonesia Post’s EMS (Express Mail Service) or through a logistics company of your choice.

10. Do you take any internships?

We take interns in the areas of product design, graphic design, marketing, and photography. Our internship applies for a minimum of 3 months. Please email us your CV and portfolio.
